Who we are
Founded in 1947, we now operate as a FINMA-regulated securities house and advisory firm. As a securities house, we focus on active, quantitative asset management and private debt asset management, if desired with our own account and custody management. As a consulting firm we offer ,in addition to asset management, our professional advice on asset structuring (Asset Protection and Asset Transfer), e.g. in family foundations, as well as asset servicing (Private Debt Research & Advisory, Accounting Services, Legal Services, Real Estate Services, Tax Services, Audit Services).
