Asset Management
We implement independent, fact-based and quantitative research and asset management for you. As a FINMA-regulated securities house, we offer you an account and safekeeping account with us or with third-party banks as well as our modern e-banking, with which you can conveniently view your financial investments and make the appropriate dispositions regardless of your location.
In this way, your capital is managed efficiently and independently of banks.
Asset Advisory
We audit and manage your private market assets (your private debt investments, your corporate investments and your real estate) and offer you comprehensive research, management and advisory services in the areas of Corporate Finance (private debt, mergers & acquisitions), accounting, real estate, law and taxes. We use our comprehensive and professional network especially for international issues.
Asset Structuring
We protect your liquid and illiquid assets and advise you on their preservation and transfer to the next generation. We accompany you from the planning stage through the establishment and management of suitable structures (such as foundations or trusts, etc.) to the handover, in accordance with the relevant national and international legal and tax standards.

Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA
As an independent supervisory authority, FINMA protects financial market clients, namely creditors, investors and insured persons. In doing so, it strengthens confidence in a functioning Swiss financial center with integrity and competitiveness.
For our clients, we meet the high standards required of a FINMA-regulated securities firm. As a customer trader, we can manage your securities directly with us or with third-party banks. Of course, our clients can also benefit from modern e-banking.

Esisuisse
Esisuisse was founded in Basel in 2005. Its members are banks and securities firms with offices in Switzerland. Esisuisse secures customer deposits at banks and securities houses in Switzerland. As a securities house, Remaco is a member of Esisuisse and thus offers its customers the deposit protection provided for under the Banking Act.

Swiss Banking (Schweizerische Bankiervereinigung, SBVg)
The Swiss Bankers Association is the umbrella organization of the Swiss financial center. The SBA’s main objective is to maintain and promote optimal framework conditions at home and abroad for the Swiss financial center. The Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) was founded in 1912 in Basel as an association and today has almost 363 member institutions (as well as 405 Raiffeisen banks).
As a member institution, Remaco thus participates actively and directly in shaping the Swiss financial center.

Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA)
SECA represents the Swiss private equity, venture capital and corporate finance fields and aims to represent private equity and corporate finance activities to the relevant target groups and the public. It also promotes the exchange of ideas and cooperation between members and their clientele.
Remaco has been a member of SECA for many years and makes use of the knowledge and active exchange of experience provided by SECA for the benefit of its clients.

EXPERTsuisse, as the professional and interest association of auditors and tax experts, represents their interests, in particular vis-à-vis the public, the business community and the authorities. Its purpose is to unite all qualified members of the profession and companies.

Swiss Association of Securities Firms
The Swiss Association of Securities Firms (formerly: Swiss Association of Securities Dealers (SASD)) main purpose is to protect our member’s interests and to further and improve the regulatory status of securities firms in general. Furthermore, our goal is to promote self-regulation in our industry and improve the securities firms’ reputation both domestic and abroad.
Remaco has been actively involved in the Board of the Association of Swiss Securities Companies since its foundation and has provided the President of VSW since January 2017.
