Pascal Böni is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Remaco Advisory Services AG and member of the Board of Remaco Asset Management AG. With his many years of experience in Corporate Finance and M&A, he advises entrepreneurs and investors on strategic financial decisions. As a CEDR-accredited mediator (London) with continuing education in Negotiation, Mediation, and Conflict Management at the University of Oxford, Harvard University, and ESSEC Business School Paris, he supports clients in high-stakes negotiations and complex conflicts — with strategic insight and a solution-oriented approach.

Pascal Böni is Professor of Finance and Private Markets at the Tilburg School of Economics and Management, Tilburg University, the Netherlands, where he heads the Tilburg Institute for Private Markets (TiPM). At the University of Basel, he serves as Academic Director of the MBA in Finance / Master in Finance programs and teaches in the areas of Private Markets, Corporate Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. His research focuses on Private Markets. He regularly gives lectures in Switzerland and abroad. Prior to joining Remaco, he worked as a management consultant and partner at Groupe BPI in Paris and at Roland Berger & Partner in Munich.
